Office Manager / Finance & Administration Officer

Based in Dundee, Waracle is looking for an Office Manager to organise and coordinate office operations in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Currently a part time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours a week the estimated salary would be £9,000 – £12,000 pa but could extend to a full time position. Screen Shot 2014-03-12 at 16.04.54

The successful candidate will have experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.

The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in office and accounting administration, possess an understanding of HR and have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

The applicant must demonstrate the following skills:

  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • analytical and problem solving skills

  • computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, e-mail  and web based applications at a highly proficient level
