It seems that using Facebook is a double edged sword. It acts as a perfect shop window for thieves but can also get you arrested if you arent careful. According to recent reports from the USA, a 19 year old lad from Pennsylvania was arrested on felony charges for daytime robbery. The local police department could not believe their luck when they realised the young charlatan had left a trail of evidence in the victims home. Whilst the dozy thief made off with two diamond rings, he also forgot to log out of his Facebook account. Oh dear

The young man in question has been identified as a Mr. Jonathan Parker who today remains in custody on $10,000 bail. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in jail for his crimes. To make matters even worse, the defendants friend has stepped forward to admit that Mr. Parker had propositioned him the previous evening with regards to breaking and entering. Its very difficult to decide if the thief was just exceptionally clumsy or some kind of helpless Facebook addict. You have to wonder if he updated his status, or uploaded any photos or videos to share with his friends. Whats on your mind today Mr. Parker?
